Sessions are $210 per 50 minutes

With 15 years of sobriety, and years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Ivy understands the grit it takes to get and stay sober. She has extensive experience with drug and alcohol addiction treatment, and combines her straightforward and curious communication strategies to help her clients establish and maintain sobriety. She uses a blend of evidence based approaches, such as, motivational interviewing, REBT, narrative work, and other solution focused techniques to help her clients. Ivy has values the 12 steps of alcoholics anonymous and although does not do step-work with clients, she does provide collaborative support to build on the work that many of her clients do in AA. 

Ivy values direct and honest communication, collaboration, and providing insight to help her clients grow. Through her previous stay in residential treatment for addiciton, she became interested and passionate about helping others find lasting recovery.  Ivy has a passion for both addiction and trauma work, specializing in Brainspotting. She has worked for years in various levels of care treating addiction (IOP, PHP, Residential, Drug and Alcohol Detox, Sober Living), and understands how to best support and challenge her clients to get and stay healthy in recovery. Currently she is working towards her Social Work degree at the University of Texas Arlington, and previously completed her Associates Degree in Arts in Applied Science. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a passion for recovery.  

Ivy has a sweet family with her husband , daughter, dogs, and loves to read and bake. When she's not in the office you'll find her baking  cookies in her kitchen, and reading a good book. She has a passion for learning and growing, which she reflects both in and out of office.
